A Note from Theresa Nichols
Publisher and Author
Lawton, Oklahoma is where my sisters and I predominately grew up. It is a town connected to Ft. Sill where my dad spent his days until he retired. We were fortunate to be able to remain in the same town throughout our school years. My dad served in Viet Nam in 1963 and I have precious memories of all of us praying daily for him in our church family. I watched my mom take care of all things while dad was away, and I learned to run to Jesus for the strength we need when life hits hard times.
I am thankful for this solid foundation in my faith because I have learned to lean on Jesus and learned to persevere because things change.
My daughter lives in Florida with her husband and their combined 5 children. My sisters and I are in Oklahoma and one is in heaven. My mom and dad are in heaven. All my aunts and uncles are in heaven, except one aunt. I have cousins and friends there too. I have been married for 20 years and Leukemia came knocking at our door. I buried Dick Heflin in Nashville, TN. I loved again for another 20 years, and Dementia came barging in unexpectedly, and I buried Ralph Nichols in McEwen, TN.
I have loved and loved again, lost and lost again, and realize now, more than ever, life is short, and it is wonderful and it is sorrowful, and it is all in between. I have found that writing from my heart has been such a healing process for me. We currently have helped 85 authors we have helped become published through Amazon. Some are true stories, fiction, poetry, murder mysteries, or any genre you have, we can publish it for you.
I have learned to live in the day, continuously filled with hope for the future, and enjoy helping others find their way into the publishing world of wonders and joy! You are an author! You have a story. Everyone has a story, and you would be surprised how many people would like to read about you, your life, your circumstances, and how you handled them. Or, let your imagination run wild and write a story you can get lost in and we will join you! Life is so short; I hope you live life to its fullest in whatever you enjoy doing.
